Three ways to register for Walgreens mail order pharmacy program.
Online: Set up your online account by visiting https://www.walgreens.com/topic/s/mail-service-pharmacy.jsp. Simply select the "register now" button on the right side of the home page and input the necessary information. (Please note: if you already have an existing account with walgreensmail.com you will not need to register again. This login information will work on https://www.walgreens.com/topic/s/mail-service-pharmacy.jsp.)
By Phone: Call Walgreens Customer Care Center at 800-489-2197 and have your insurance information handy. Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. TTY users call: 800-573-1833.
By Mail: Complete the registration form found in your enrollment kit or at https://www.walgreens.com/topic/s/mail-service-pharmacy.jsp and mail the form, along with an original prescription, to the address below:
