3 ways to register for Walgreens Mail Service

1. Online:

   Set up your online account by visiting http://www.walgreensmail.com/. Simply select the "register now" button on the right side of the home page and input the necessary information. (Please note: if you already have an existing account with walgreensmail.com you will not need to register again. This login information will work on http://www.walgreensmail.com/.)

2. By Phone:

   Call Walgreens Customer Care Center at 1-800-489-2197 and have your insurance information handy. Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. TTY users call: 1-800-573-1833.

3. By Mail:

   Complete the registration form found in your enrollment kit or at http://www.walgreensmail.com/ and mail the form, along with an original prescription, to the address below:

Additional Ordering Options After Registration

• Option 1:

  E-prescribe: Ask your prescriber to electronically submit your prescription to Walgreens mail service.*

• Option 2:

  Fax: Print the prescriber fax form here and ask your prescriber to fax it to Walgreens mail service.*

• Option 3:

  Mail: Mail your new prescription into Walgreens mail service.

*By law, faxed and e-prescribed prescriptions are only valid if sent from a prescriber's office.
