Your vision exams have no copay — whether it’s for a medical condition such as glaucoma or if it’s your annual routine eye exam (available once each year).
You also have an eyewear benefit — you can get prescription eyewear (glasses and/or contact lenses) once every two years at no cost up to a $200 plan benefit limit. See your Evidence of Coverage for more information on your vision benefit.
No referral is needed for your eye exams — you can find contracted optometrists & ophthalmologists in our online directory. Or, if you need assistance, you can call Customer Service and we’ll help you find a doctor near you. Remember to show your ID card at your appointment.
