Formerly known as “mail service,” this convenient option for maintenance medications takes you out of the pharmacy line and helps you stay on your medication schedule.
Why Home Delivery?
Set up your online account by visiting https://www.alliancerxwp.com/home-delivery. Simply select the "Create Account" button on the right side of the home page and input the necessary information. (Please note: if you already have an existing account with walgreensmail.com you will not need to register again. This login information will work on https://www.alliancerxwp.com/home-delivery.)
Call Walgreens Customer Care Center at 1-800-489-2197 and have your insurance information handy. Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. TTY users call: 1-800-573-1833.
Complete the registration form found in your enrollment kit or at https://www.alliancerxwp.com/home-delivery and mail the form, along with an original prescription, to the address below:
E-prescribe: Ask your prescriber to electronically submit your prescription to Alliance RX Walgreens Pharmacy mail service.*
Fax: Print the prescriber fax form here and ask your prescriber to fax it to Alliance RX Walgreens Pharmacy mail service.*
Mail: Mail your new prescription into Alliance RX Walgreens Pharmacy mail service.
*By law, faxed and e-prescribed prescriptions are only valid if sent from a prescriber's office.
