INTEGRIS Health Partners+ (HMO) has three plans to choose from. You can see more details about the plan benefits by:

To be eligible to enroll, you must have Medicare A & B and continue to pay your Part B premium. Residents of the following counties are eligible to enroll: Canadian, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie
