Members of Senior Health Plan will receive a quarterly newsletter. Our newsletters contain useful information regarding monitoring your health, plan benefit reminders and more. Use the links below to view past issues of our Newsletter.

Senior Health Plan is an HMO plan and a D-SNP plan with a Medicare & Medicaid contract. Enrollment in Senior Health Plan depends on contract renewal.
