Benefit Meeting - Current Members

For our current CommunityCare Senior Health Plan members, it’s important to review annual changes to your plan. Being aware of current benefits, and how to best utilize them helps to ensure our members are able to navigate the plan and are able to access the benefits that are important to them. We have created the below video to quickly review plan benefit changes for the 2026 plan year.

We invite you to sign up for and attend one of our sales seminars for a quick overview of our 2026 Senior Health Plan highlights and the benefits that make CommunityCare a trusted local choice for your health coverage.
