Fitness Plus Benefit
Use your pre-paid Fitness Plus Benefit debit card to purchase your Fitness Plus Benefits. Your card can be used to purchase gym memberships and fitness classes. You can also use your card for non-Medicare covered durable medical equipment like amputation sleeves.
Log into the Nations Online Store to track your purchases or order from the online store. Your eligible Fitness Plus Benefits are listed below.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to use your Fitness Plus Benefit card at online retailers such as Amazon or Walmart.com.

Purchase a wearable device at a retail location or at the Nations Online Store . Wearable devices are limited to $100 per year.
Members on a Medicare Retiree group plan may have different benefits. Check your plan year benefit grid or call Customer Service with questions. Be sure to let us know what retiree group you are with.
